Challenge
These long-time RMS clients requested we be a part of their Ithaca, NY residence to provide robust WiFi and networking, whole-home audio, multiple TV displays, and automated window shading. Ensuring the project went smoothly required meticulous system engineering and planning, as well as very thorough project management. The distance of the home from RMS HQ meant our team had to build in a very robust system foundation.
Solution
Our team worked diligently and communicated thoroughly with the client as well as the project trades to minimize unneeded travel time to the site, which helped keep budgets in check. We also provided a very powerful system foundation with UPS battery backups, IP-controlled power units, and full system monitoring that allows our support team to quickly and efficiently resolve issues when they arise.
