If you're the right individual for this full-time position, you will have experience with low-voltage wiring, communications, networking and/or AV equipment installation. You'll also know your way around active residential and commercial job sites as well as the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Pulling wiring during construction, terminating cables, and installing AV/IT equipment will be a daily occurrence, so you'll need to know something about those tasks before applying. You must be able to work effectively with others, taking instruction from the Lead Field Technician [LFT], Site Supervisor [SS], and/or Project Manager [PM].
You'll also possess the desire to learn a lot more about our emerging industry, taking interest in how wiring schematics and drawing sets ensure successful projects and happy clients. Learning all about the new technologies and concepts in our industry will get you out of bed in the morning. We'll be sure to check in with you regularly as you embark on your journey, growing and learning within RMS.
What will you get in return for contributing this much awesomeness? You'll be a part of a fast-growing, reputable, and trustworthy company that values its team. Oh, and you'll receive a very competitive hourly wage, great benefits (including health insurance, an IRA plan, profit sharing, mobile phone reimbursement, and more), and an opportunity to grow and learn.
This position has an hourly wage and possible overtime as required for the successful completion of projects.
